Pablo Teubal

Pablo is a founding partner and managing director of FS Partners. He has over twenty years of experience in investment banking in Latin America. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA with High Honors from Boston University.

Mr. Teubal worked at Compass, a Latin America private equity fund, where he led the acquisition of several records management companies in Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Peru and their sale to Iron Mountain Inc. He has significant hands on management experience.  He led the successful consolidation of three records management companies, and during 2004 took over Iron Mountain Argentina as an interim CEO during a crucial management turnaround in the company.

Pablo has taken part in transactions in several industries including energy, digital marketing and technology. He was also a lead investor in the first financing round of Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in 2005 and in the 50% buyout of Susana Balbo Wines (www.susanabalbowines.com) in 2009, one of the largest export oriented wine companies in Argentina. 

He has been a Board member of Globant LLC, Fen Hoteles and Dominio del Plata among other firms.

Pedro is a  founding partner and managing director of FS Partners. He has over twenty years of experience in investment banking and private equity in Latin America. He received a BS in Management from Universidad Católica Argentina and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management..

Pedro worked at the Bank of America Latin America private equity fund as the partner in charge of the Argentina office and operations. He was responsible in 2002 for the restructuration and turn around of eki descuento. Additionally he was in charge of the start-up of Difusión Panorámica, S.A. de C.V., one of the main outdoor advertising firms in México.

Pedro has been an advisor in transactions in different sectors including lodging, mining and professional services. He was also a lead investor in the first financing round of Globant (NYSE GLOB) in 2005 and in the 50% buyout of Susana Balbo Wines (www.susanabalbowines.com) in 2009, one of the largest export oriented wine companies in Argentina. These transactions constituted two of the most successful private equity investments in Argentina. 

He has been a Board member of Globant LLC, Dominio del Plata S.A.,  Turismo Doss S.A., Hotel Plaza Francia S.A. and Fen S.A. among others.
